The laboratory activities are conducted by Asteasier at the University of Verona’s SOLE Lab, under the coordination of Prof. M. Ballottari. Thanks to the lab’s long history, Asteasier has access to advanced technologies and accumulated expertise, which are fully leveraged to develop and test new strains, optimize cultivation processes, and carry out advanced analyses. The Asteasier business unit is hosted within the startup hub of DayOne Innovation Studio in Rome. In this environment, the company coordinates management, commercial, and finance activities.
